We asked if we could check in before 4 pm multiple times and received automated messages, not a response to our request. The shack wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4 so we had to wait. Upon entering we were overwhelmed by the smell of mold and mildew, bad enough to trigger a severe allergic reaction that aggravated my autoimmune disease.
