“Located in the city centre, near bus stops. Staff people were friendly and helped me in many occasions.”

“This was one of the best places I have ever stayed.....Staff was absolutely awesome, the property is very well maintained. The food was excellent, waiters and waitresses could not have been more helpful. The price was more than right!! Would recommend to anyone going to Canmore!!!”

“Upon check in the code sent to me didn’t work in the door. After I got into my room with a hard key from the desk my washroom needed to be cleaned and when having a shower noticed the blinds in the washroom were in need of cleaning as well.”

“Nice place but a bit overpriced for being not easy to reale by feet. Great restaurant!”

“The King room was too small for the bed, mattress was completely worn out, could hardly sleep on it, there were food crumbs under the table from last guests, the closet doors were broken could not open. We checked out after first night, paid extra for cancellation with Expedia but property owner would not honour it and charged us for the 2nd night. Do not recommend this property at any price level, the customer is clearly not important to them.”

“Good breakfast, nice underground parking, walkable everywhere restaurants and shopping, Room was great and so was the hot tub.”

“Ottima camera, letto comodissimo. Bagno piccolo.”

“Enjoyed the stay in Banff, hotel was very convenient to Banff Ave for shopping and access to great restaurants.”
