Lodge a Patagonia cilena

“This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous lake and mountain view. Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast and tasty food on the menu for lunch or dinner. The sore point of our stay was at the very start we had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk staff- Yelkna. We were 8 persons (2kids) in 3 rooms and her tone was very abrasive and unnecessarily rude. Some of us only had e-copies of our PDI forms which we were able to email to the hotel but she still treated us harshly....
