“No breakfast ”

“My biggest complaint is the pool. It was advertised as heated/indoor. I called the hotel to confirm my self and was told it was heated. It was ice cold. It was honestly the only reason we stayed at this hotel. My kids were very disappointed. ”

“Yes the room were clean and everything was great to include the staff as they were very accommodating. The property was nice as well and everything was awesome. I have stayed here before and was happy I was able to do so again ”

“There was remodeling and some noise. There was no breakfast the two day I was there. I asked for a "quiet" room and they had me facing the parking lot and a busy street (Woodruff Rd). I was too tired to go back down and ask for another room so I stuck it out. ”

“The food was great but the room was to cold for me and my wife comfort. I tried many times to rise the temperature but it only went to 72.When I stay again for more than one night I will call the front desk to send maintenance to repair the issue.”

“Staff very helpful. They came with a maintenance man to troubleshoot our thermostat within two minutes of our call to front desk. No frills here, but i would recommend if you’re not going to be in the hotel room much—not completely comfortable for sitting or relaxing. ”

“Full kitchen but nothing in the cabinets to use to cook. No utensils, plates, pots or pans, glasses, etc. The carpet was so dirty that it turned my white socks brown. Stains on the furniture and carpet. Very low end lodging. ”

“It has potential but only if management cared about the guests as well as they care about the money! I get having a business but in order for it to run properly and you get more business, then start by actually cleaning or getting people to clean that actually clean. ”
