“The air conditioner did not work in our room and in the morning there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom floor”

“The room was very clean. The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices. The only things I would have liked to have were some water with ice, and a large bowl of mixed fruit rather than whole apples, bananas, oranges, etc. Except for bananas, whole fruit is awkward to eat. There were juice and milk but no ice water. Even so, we had an enjoyable stay. Whenever possible I like to stay at a Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Rooms are clean, nice staff, good location for area . This is a hotel maybe built in the 70’s but is well kept , good price. Rooms are not fully soundproof from outside noise.”

“Beautiful property with so many added touches. Complimentary coffee at coffee bar , very generous butler pantry, koozie’s to take home . Everything was top notch ! We enjoyed the front porch as well!”

“Red Rocker Inn was ideal for our needs. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Keurig machines and plenty of coffee in the rooms. Plenty of free parking. Staff were attentive and helpful. We have family nearby, so it is ideal for larger gatherings. Never got a chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but by all accounts, it too is very good. We're lookin forward to our next stay.”

“This hotel has a large type field to it, by design, and doesn’t deed sport of view of the nearby mountains if you were on the correct side. The pool area is very pretty with the same Mountain View, but the pool is awfully cold! Still, it’s a pretty setting, and I utilized it. They provided breakfast is average but satisfactory, and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There’s kind of a nice nature trail directly behind the hotel, though it is very short, it is still pretty. The...

“Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice. The Staff were OK”

“The place is beautiful and tucked into the woods. I recommend taking a screenshot of the instructions while you have cell service since it cuts in and out when you're that deep in the hills. You have wifi in the room which is great. Loved the property! There's a community kitchen in the lodge for all your cooking needs.”
