“Clerk at check in was very friendly and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable. Haven’t tried it yet but the breakfast looks to be the standard, free, mediocre breakfast you find at mid-level hotels.”

“If you want everything perfect go to super 8 but this place is awesome! Nice clean room, friendly staff, and beautiful property. You’ll get squeaky floors and no tv in your room. But you’ll get something away from the typical. Support local in this great little mountain town and enjoy a night without the tv blaring. ”

“This was a great place to stay for the night so that we could wake up where we wanted to be for the day. The hotel was completely clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. We felt safe and secue. I don't think I would stay here for a long vacation, as it really doesn't have any amenities. BUT, since we only planned to arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, it was great! If you're looking to arrive at Biltmore when then open, this is a great place to stay! Affordable...

“Loved the porch and the rocking chairs and places in the yard to sit. And the walkability of the neighborhood.”

“Dirt road/drive. Not a lot of room for navigation, but enough room to move around. The house was quaint and perfect. Check in was an envelope left on a table. Perfect! Serves a purpose for a one night stay. No refrigerator and limited outlets. Would stay again!”

“Great value - everything I like and nothing I don't like. Quiet property, big room, real bathroom door (no barn door), great a/c with constant fan feature, pro front desk staff, good lighting in room, good breakfast, easy parking, quick drive to basic amenities like grocery, Waffle House, even urgent care. Have stayed before; great value.”
