“The only item that shocked me was the additional charge for the “pet friendly” hotel as the extra cost was not disclosed by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. It is my opinion that the charge should be refunded to me and the disclosure should be added moving forward if it is not included with the cost ”

“Absolutely fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff was very kind, location was perfect - barely even 5 minutes from downtown. And one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Also loved the decor and the layout of the rooms. Only complaints were the pillows were way too small and too soft, and the walls are thin between the room and the hallway - we could hear anytime someone on the floor entered or left their room or talked while in the hallway....

“Very friendly staff, the room was spacious and clean. (The location wasn’t exactly downtown, even though that was how it was described. What I think of as downtown was an 8 minute drive away.)”
