“Excellent location for an event at the arena! The room was a good size and the kitchen area was a bonus, stocked with dishes and glasses. Breakfast had a good variety of items and the coffee was very good. Only complaint was I’d texted prior to arrival that we’d need linens for the sofabed and none were found. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get them. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel and we’d stay here again.”

“We stayed here because it was such a short distance to the Mortgage Matchup Arena! I would NOT stay again! The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! Mattress was so lumpy it felt disgusting to sleep on and pillows were really worn out and lumpy as well. The walking distance was nice but I will stay at the other hotel right across the street next time! VERY disappointed! For such a nice hotel and rooms need a major update and new mattresses bedding need to be top priority!”

“Sentral Sol Modern is filled with so many amenities. You have the pool, the basketball court, the outdoor kitchen, pool tables and more. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoy ourselves every time we stay here.”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“Buon hotel, vivace in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro. Parcheggi nei paraggi, il valet parking è carissimo 40$, evitatelo. Non c’è la piscina ma una sorta di vasca non balneabile sul tetto, ma un ottimo roof top vista città. ”

“Everything was great other than the fact that I informed that I would be arriving at 2. My room was not ready upon arriving at 3 (due to traffic). I was not given my room until 5. I had to rush to get ready for the plans I had. The bath tub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in my own filth as I showered. Pretty disappointing for a Marriot.”

“Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful.”

“We have stayed here for the last 3 years to attend Fan Fusion Phoenix. We keep coming back because of the hot breakfast in the morning, the great staff and the large comfortable rooms. Even the 70s pattern on the couch in the room reminds me of home. The price to park your car is only 18 a night which if you travel to downtown Phoenix you know that is a bargain. It is a 10 minute walk to the convention center but very safe. You can find fancier hotels but we will continue to stay here...it is...
