“They said they had a pool but it was not working and looked like it was never used and the people who worked or owned it were living down the hall from the pool and had their door open. The hall was dark to the pool and the pool had water in it but it was dirty and the area was run down. Disappointed!!”

“Room was clean my complaint is the bathroom… toilet paper was very low upon arrival so by morning we were out. The towels were very small only had 1 per person. I believe the towels we had were the same ones that are used for swimming pool. Room wasn’t refreshed with clean towels, coffee, or empty the garbage. I think hotel was under staffed for the amount of guests and supplies need to be ordered to accommodate for basic needs. I also heard many guests complain about blankets or lack of they...
