“The stay was nice. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. We did not receive the VIP promotional upgrades or the bottle of wine. Although we did get a small upgrade with a view of the river instead of the city, I had to ask for it by explaining the VIP status for Expedia and that was uncomfortable. “The look of the hotel is very unique. If you like an old fashion feel it's the hotel for you.
Clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately the windows are as old fashioned as the look of the hotel so being so close to the Riverwalk it can get quite noisy at night.
We used the laundry which unfortunately does not accept foreign credit cards. Without the staff help we wouldn't have been able to do the washing.”
