“Fantastic stay. Fire alarm went off early and a neighbour banged on our door like a nutter and accused us of setting the alarm off. We were all asleep at the time. Firemen told us somebody burnt their toast in a building next door. ”

“A great find in Christchurch - exceptionally clean and well-appointed apartment, and a host who clearly cares about his guest experience. Despite being on busy Bealey Ave, the rooms were incredibly quiet, which made for a great sleep. While this time was a very short trip to Christchurch, we'll be back again for a longer stay.”

“Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. We had an issue with the TV in our room which the staff were unable to sort so an immediate room change was arranged. Spotlessly clean. Lovely area downstairs to get a coffee. Highly recommend ”

“Whilst not the most exciting hotel, can’t fault the Rydges Latimer on much. Good location a 10 min walk to downtown, staff were all very pleasant and efficient, room was nice and dinner at the restaurant was good. Good for a short stay”

“Nice, tidy room with a great shower and super comfy bed. A prefect room for us. Really handy for walking into central Christchurch and very close to great food outlets, the Tram ride and the Catheral Square. Off street parking and very easy to find. I appreciated the extra cleaning done and the friendly staff. ”

“My husband and I have stayed at The Grange many times over the past few years and always enjoy our time there. It is so well located to the CBD, hospital and restaurants. The hosts are always polite and helpful and make you feel most welcome. ”

“Room was clean and well equipped with the exception there was no safe and zero counter space in the bathroom but I made do by hanging my toiletry bag on the door hook. Shower also was slow to drain and water ended up on floor and bath mat got wet. However, overall I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”
