“Hotel ubicato nella zona Hotelera e ad un passo dala fermata dell'autobus. Struttura piccola e molto pulita. Bellissimo il giardino con la piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia privata attrezzata. Il punto di forza è il personale, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Non è il solito resort chiassoso, ma una struttura per chi cerca la vera tranquillità.”

“We stayed about a week.
Very secluded away from the noise. Very quiet and relaxing.
Minimal entertainment which is fine for us.
Cancun and Playa del Carmen are fairly close by Uber or Taxi.
Excellent service, personalized. Butlers are excellent.
Pools are beautiful.
Food is ok.
Definitely recommend.”

“If you are looking for the usual "big named" resort then pass your way: this one is for the discerning hedonist. A place of charm (bungalows and common areas, beach), love for the cute detail, subtle cuisine and personal friendliness and attention. We had a delightful 5-day stay - only the WiFi was out of tone (in the bungalow)”

“We had an amazing stay at Orchid House Tulum Beach. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. The location is perfect — right on the beach and walkable to great restaurants and beach clubs. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making everything easy from check-in to checkout. The vibe is relaxed but upscale. We would absolutely stay here again.”
