“Phenomenal, phenomenal! This was extremely comfortable, wonderful staff, lovely room with a great view of the bay. We saw the fireworks for the Black Ship Festival. The balcony onsen was extremely private and comfortable. Would highly recommend that this be your number one choice of hotel if you are in Shimoda.”

“The staff was friendly, and although the hotel was a bit old, it was clean and well-maintained, so there were no inconveniences. The ocean view from the room and open-air hot spring in the large public bath was truly wonderful. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, but overall, it was an accommodation I would love to visit again.”
