“宿泊当日にその場で急遽予約したのに快く受け付けてくれましたそれからの案内まで親切にしてもらいありがたかったです施設もアクティビティが豊富なようですが今回利用できなかったので次回は家族を連れて施設を利用する事も目的に訪問したいと思います”

“The hotel was amazing! Just driving to the guest house to check in, we saw Mt. Fuji. The staff during check in were so friendly and kind. Our room was magnificent! It was huge! The in room open air onsen was so wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji as we relaxed in the onsen. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. We loved our stay, and wish we would have booked more nights at this awesome resort. ”

“The owner is very nice. same as the staff. very comfortable Japanese style hotel. Location is the best. walkable To Izu-kogen station and convenient stores.”

“従業員の方がほぼ全て外国の方。しかし、日本のおもてなしを純粋に努めて下さるところに心温まる。大浴場にはボディシャンプ－、シャンプーリンスはあるが、アメニティは最低限(歯ブラシぐらい)。各部屋で必要な物(ポット、浴衣)は受付で借りれる。近隣にはコンビニがないので、必要な物は揃えて持っていく必要あるが･･･とてもシンプルで過度のサービスなし。心地よい潔さを感じる。”

“Stayed for 3 nights at the end of Golden Week. Was very well looked after, the food provided with the half board package was excellent. Drcided to stay here based on cost and location - was not disappointed.”
