“We had a wonderful trip out to Vashon Island and loved our stay at Sunset Shores! The views were beautiful morning and night. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and fires down by the water. Kids loved the attic bedroom and playing on the shoreline. Would love to come back!”

“This is an exceptional location for observing both nature and the varied ships sailing by. My grandkids loved the sandy beach and spotting rabbits, deer, eagles and orcas! It was a truly peaceful and relaxing stay. The host is very warm and helpful in every way. ”

“We were very impressed with the beekeeper’s cottage. It was beautifully decorated, easy to get to, and had just about everything we needed. We got in late at night after a concert and were able to park in our designated spot and get to the cottage easily. We were greeted with a lovely welcome note, a bottle of wine, honey products, some candies, and coupons for local shops. We spent most of our days out on the town and didn’t get to meet our hosts but we could tell just how much thought and love...

But if you want a comfortable place to stay with a great view and access to the water, this is it. Appliances are all new. Using the kayak was wonderful. The water is very calm. “We had a fabulous stay on Bainbridge for a long weekend get away. With an extra friend staying on our trip it was a huge plus to have the additional bed in the second bedroom. All the beds were super comfortable (memory foam?) and I loved that we could control the heat in each room. We enjoyed making coffee in the morning and sitting out on the front and back porch, or next to the furnace in the little den/front room. We didn't end up renting a vehicle for our trip, and while it was around a 30...
