“We stayed at the family tree top tent for 5 nights and it was an amazing experience. Nekajui's location is absolutely prime, and the wildlife outside our tent and around the property was unreal! They assign a Mantu to help you schedule reservations and ours was very helpful. The service for a Ritz Carlton Reserve however, could be a bit better at times. Sometimes service can be a bit slow, especially by the main pool. We also had a pretty good sized plunge pool but it was only cleaned when...
