“Room was very clean. Staff in the 1 restaurant that was on site were amazing. Very run down resort!! We arrived on Sunday and asked daily to get HOT water in our shower by Thursday night we finally had warm water. Shower towels finally got switched out Thursday during cleaning. Pool towels were thread worn out. Strings hanging from them. If you want no frills in an all inclusive this would be it. Outside showers by the beach had zero water to them.
