“ I was born and raised in Rockford, so I have a pretty high tolerance for most people and really any type of situation.— I booked through Expedia for a 6 night stay. The first room clearly needed a deep clean, with sticky residue on furniture and what looked like mouse droppings. Around 10pm on my first night (7 hours after I booked into my room) I heard rustling noises. I discovered a stray cat inside my locked second-floor room. “Rooms were worn down, from the 80s, dirty rooms, cigarette burns on bed cover and shower curtain..Heater did not work in first room. Very worn down. It is more like a extended stay than inn as there was no room service or fresh towels ”
