“Pleased with my stay”

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. Le stanze vengono rassettate ogni mattina e nonostante ci sia scritto chegli...

“Overall great stay. Clean and well-kept overall. Staff were helpful and friendly. Issue with cell phone working in the room which was a problem. Breakfast was acceptable. Fitness room was clean.”

“Plenty of free parking, great A/C, hot water, can check out online by 11am and leave at 12pm without a late check-out, no major complaints”

“The room was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes. They tried to put a spray but then the floor was all oily and slippery and when we came back from supper the smell was there again. My sister’s room had hair on her sheets. The shower head was going on the ceiling. And the bath all rusted. Never again ! However the staff was nice but room still horrible.”

“Very clean. Staff was fantastic.”

“Very nice, clean and attentive staff. The towels were nice and fluffy. The breakfast didn’t have waffles, scrambled eggs or sausage. But it had meets and cheeses. The only complaint was a squeak. I didn’t bring it to their attention because my hearing is bad, just take out my hearing aids at night, and I couldn’t hear it. And I didn’t want to move rooms. I did bring it to their attention upon leaving, and I hope it’s fixed for the next guest.”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”

“Ottimamente dislocato, vicino la fermata dell'autobus per NYC, l'hotel è gradevole pur necessitando di manutenzione ordinaria per l'intero edificio. Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. Livello di pulizia medio. Colazione gratuita...

“Bathtubs are very slippery and narrow so if you step on the rounded edges you slip. Needs a bath mat put in for safety . Beds are high off the floor makes it difficult for shorter and handicapped people.There is no elevator to get to the 2 floor. They didn’t mention it till after we got the room.”
