“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best”

“If I could upload pictures I would. First thing first DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I checked in all was fine till I went into my room 323. I check every room I stay in because I don’t want to catch bugs or sleep on someone else filth. You pay for the cleanliness and the headache of staying how long you might stay. My Whole bed was STAINED WITH THIS MYSTERY STAIN and when I looked more into my room the ceiling has been leaking over time and they did not clean the overhead for the window so there...

“Worst experience starting with the room literal burn holes in the blankets, looked like smeared toothpaste on the mirror, the curtain looked like it had been there since that hotel opened. The pillows were as small as a couch pillow and flat as a sheet will never return ”

“Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...
