“I drive down from Atlanta to attend a concert this weekend 6/29/2026. Check in time is listed as 4:00 which is already late. We arrive and try to check in only to be told they don’t have any rooms ready for check in because they allowed so many people to do late check out from the night before . I turn around and realize the lobby is full of other people waiting because of the same issue! Why would the hotel allow so many guests to do late check out knowing they were anticipating a large crowd...

“The lady who checked us in was so kind and helpful! She was absolutely the highlight of our stay. The room was uncomfortable and not super clean. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel with kids, some of the long term guests were not easy to explain to young people.”

“I really liked the area. I love the aesthetic of the room. I liked how quiet it was and it was comfortable. I do wish there was a full size mirror in the room - we were visiting for a concert and wanted to see how we looked after getting ready. That’s my only tweak.
