“Room, staff, and parking all good. Didn't use the kitchen. The unit was actually very good and I would happily stay there again. However, check-in was terrible. We rang in the afternoon and were assured we could arrive at 9pm. We did arrive at 8.45pm when it was dark - glad it wasn't raining. YOU NEED TO CLEARLY COMMUNICATE WHERE TO FIND RECEPTION - up the road in the next block!!!!!!!”

“Carpark numbers need repainting as it was difficult to find my carpark. Also the guest that came in after 11.30pm couldn't find hers abd woke most of us up yelling to find who had accidently parked in her car park 😳”

“We like the hotel and the convenience to the airport was great. The Room was lovely and a good size. We are vegetarians and the restaurant menu has very little. The kitchen made us a special meal but we prefer not to ask for that. Meat eaters eat vegetarian… Our room was HOT! It was set at 17.5 but it was much hotter than that. We were unable to lower the temp more.. we closed the curtains and held our door open with a suitcase as the hall was COOL.. sleeping was sweaty…”

“I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre.”

“Ottimo hotel, dotato di ogni comfort. Camera "appartamento" familiare molto ampia dotata di due camere e un bagno con doccia molto spazioso ed agevole. E' presente anche zona cucina con tutti i servizi connessi. Provato anche locale piscina: buona con spogliatoi, sala fitness, sauna e doccia. Location molto buona. Ci ritornerei! ”

“Hotel decadente e vecchio. Nessuno per un giorno intero ha tolto dal corridoio un vassoio con dei piatti sporchi del servizio in camera. Prezzi ingiustificati se non fosse per la colazione che è varia e ha lo staff che prepara uova e pancake freschi. Nella sala colazioni la ragazza all'ingresso ti mette a disagio mentre sono gentili e accoglienti sono alla reception. Non ci tornerei.”

The room was spacious and the facilities were all excellent. I have recommended many of my friends to also stay here when they visit next. I will be staying with them again soon.”
