Hotel a Pewamo

“Assigned a room with an adjoining door that needed some repair & VERY thin walls. Staff was nice & accommodating when I requested a better riom.”

“I have requested a refund still have not received it we did not stay the night there was a horrible smell of pot coming from the hotel the roof above the entrance was covered in broken materials plastic pieces what looked to be like somebody shove something out of a window the ice maker didn't work it was terrible I have requested a refund from Expedia I still have not heard anything so far I am very very displeased in both the app and the condition of the property”

“If you just need a bed to sleep in this was the place, other than that, NO! Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. My first room had a broken bed so I was upgraded to a balcony view of a parking lot. lol Staff not overly friendly, carpets stained, bath tub not draining. ”

“This is a very clean Hotel. The staff is very helpful. The Breakfast that was hot daily consisted of sausage and eggs every day. The cook refilling the food seemed to only put a minimal amount out at a time making long waits. The cook was kind but I believe was not allowed to keep the food warmers full consistently. Pool was pretty busy, which also made it oily. It is a very small pool. The hot tub was open and hot but the jets were not working. Overall a nice hotel. It is our 3rd time...

“I checked into my room, noticed immediately that the covers were dirty had stains on them. The curtains to the room were broken half down stains on them. The bathroom was very filthy. Had to go in wipe down the toilet and the sink stains all over the sitting area chairs, and I also took pictures. It was a very unpleasant day was very unsatisfied, and the staff was not accommodating to the situation.”

“The room smelled very strongly of Fabuloso or some other floral cleaning product. There was paint stains and drips on the floor. The bedding had some stains and the lamp next to the bed had a stain as well. The toilet paper was not fresh. It had been used you could tell by the roll. We ended up not staying after about 1-2 hours because of the smell. We have reached out to management multiple days in a row and still no call back or refund as we didn’t stay. “Room was brand new - Newly renovated! It was very nice. Girl at front desk was very nice -and helpful! We were very very disappointed that the pool was under construction! No pool ! We have an autistic son that lives to swim and was very upset’ they wouldn’t let us cancel 2nd night. There was a lot of hotel under construction! ”
