“Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. “Too noisy”

“The room was fairly clean but had a very old carpet and had a smell. It could definitely use some renovation.”

“The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! ”

“My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!”
