“La chambre n'était pas propre en totalité, les lits ont besoin d'être changées, matelas et base de lit trop vielles. Le tapis des couloirs sont salles. Le lieu a besoin d'être fumigé, on dû changer de chambre car il y avait un souris dans la chambre. La bonne chose grand stationnement, et très spacieux le lobbie”

“I needed to be in one of the Handicapped rooms (101). Absolutely nothing electrical worked except the lights and little refrigerator. No A/C-Heater; no TV, no fun! It was a later night check in for me, I was exhausted, and I wasn’t up to change rooms once all my luggage was there. This is really unacceptable, even though renovations were happening. The room should have been fixed before placing a customer there!!!”
