“When we arrived, we encountered a problem with our door not unlocking, and the sheets had some stains and hair. However, when we reached out to the team, they responded promptly and sent maintenance and housekeeping to ensure our stay was comfortable. The communication was swift. Apart from this minor issue, our suite was beautifully cleaned, and there were stores, restaurants, and lounges nearby. I highly recommend this place again due to the excellent staff service and the affordable price. ”

“The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!”

“I was a little hesitant to book this property because of some of the reviews I saw but I honestly didn't have any issues. Once I booked, I started receiving communication from the property manager, I paid my fee and got my instructions all smooth. The place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay and there were several options for food nearby. ”

It’s 10/10 the city is 14 mins away by taking the trolley, there’s many parks near by. Check in was at 1 pm and our host texted us and let us check in early we dropped off our bags parked our car on the property and got our adventure started. ”

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato.
