“The view from this property strikes you the minute you walk in the front door. All you can see is your pool, the beach and then St. Barth off in the distance. The property is very well maintained and easy to find. It is well located between the French and Dutch sides of the island. The restaurant Big Fish is a 30 second walk from the front door and was delicious. Overall a great place to stay in St. Maarten.”

“This was an extraordinary rental that allowed us to have a great vacation. The unit is quite large with excellent views of the ocean. The beach is nearly private with very few swimmers. Having our own private pool in the unit was fantastic. I highly recommend the unit.”

There are 4 bedrooms, each with it's on en suite bathroom and another bathroom just off the kitchen. The view is stunning! Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and perfect views of the ocean, a few steps away from the beach, and all the comforts and accommodations you need. Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again.”

All the utensils for cooking were there however we chose to enjoy the many incredible restaurants and beach bars. Anna was a wonderful host and provided all the information we needed. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip.
