“I stayed here recently and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The room wasn’t properly cleaned — there was a visible blood stain, which was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. The bathroom also had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to use. On top of that, the location is very inconvenient. “The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures and very clean. Kitchen had everything one would need. There is a parking spot right in front of the front door. Super close to the beach. During night time very quiet. We feeled very save in the neighborhood. Very good communication with the host - very friendly and gave us some recommendations. The rooster’s calls throughout the day give the neighborhood (American University - Medical School) a resting / home bound / country side air. The near-by Carrefour store, French bakery and Fat Tony’s bar / restaurant add much value. ”
