“Great staff”

“Easy parking, lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was sparse.”

“The hotel was quiet. The rooms were well furnished, plenty of space for suitcases and counterspace/desk for placing personal items. An easy to use TV remote! Very nice breakfast buffet! ”

“Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on.”

“The property was very nice modern and clean The front desk staff crew and the breakfast crew were excellent and helpful. We enjoyed all the amenities a d vicinity to restaurants and stores Will be back in future”

“Location was good and it was quiet. Not the fanciest hotel but it was good for a home base while sightseeing and doing other activities. There is a nice lobby that you can have small gathering. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will go back again.”

“We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is nothing fancy like you will find in downtown, however this hotel was perfect for our stay while our house was being remodeled. We had to extend our stay and we were able to do so without issue. We utilized the hot tub and swimming pool almost everyday we were there. We were close to many restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.”

“Rooms needs updating ”

“The room was in ill repair. The one sink didn’t drain and the other had the stopper stuck. The balance over the door to the outside was not attached on one side. There was a bag of trash outside our door to the grassy area. The chairs for the porch were broken. The keys cards to the door c kept not working. The type of person staying at the hotel were one step short of skid row. The hallways smelled like marijuana.”

“It is a beautiful hotel with cool rock walls throughout it. We were disappointed in how loud our room was, we were right above the road and by the stop sign. We had roaring motorcycles,.... But the other thing was the lack of a chair or anything else in our room. It was basically a bed and bureau.”

“Self check in/out made the process simple! The room was large and had a great air conditioning window unit. The walk from downtown Stillwater was around 10 minutes and it was nice to be removed from all the bars/noise.”

“The charm and history of the Lowell Inn was the key factor in why we selected it! Spoke with staff and the owner during breakfast, you could feel pride in what the Inn meant to the community. Parking in the ramp made access to room easier and not having to worry about “parking” elsewhere in this busy community!”

“Inn-like motel. Bedding on one bed was clean on other bed, bedspread was stained. No ironing board in room and host said not every room has one (though room across hall from me did). He would not find one for me, I had to ask neighbor (who I didn’t know) to use theirs. There was a power outage for several hours during the middle of the night. No stopper in sink. Room overall was usable and adequate for the rate.”
