“The house was nice generally but the room I stayed in was very musty and smelled like cigarettes. The towels were horribly musty. It’s a must to use bleach on hotel towels but these smelled like it was not being used. The room mattress was way too soft for me. Finally, they required a $200 deposit which was not for incidentals but “in case there’s damage to the room””

“Struttura molto bella e curata. Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“The team Veronica, Luke, Luke, Amy, Aidan, Oscar, Rochelle, Lanna, Jane, Ethan and Brandon all did a fantastic job looking after people whilst also getting to know you and they have a fantastic family vibe going on.”

“The room was immaculate. Check-in took a little while- the desk staff was having frustration with computer issues so we had to wait about 10 minutes. The room was very quiet and comfortable, so the wait was alright.”

“The property was absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely book here again.”

“The house was very nice, very clean. Our room had a great view of Hilo and the ocean from the private patio. Huge bathroom and dressing room. The ideal room to stay for our first time on the Big Island. Tropical sounds and sights right from your room. Perfect place, so glad we chose to stay here!”

“nice and newer property, well maintained.”
