Hotel a Piccola Isola di Tybee

“The reception staff were somewhat indifferent and not very friendly. We had a loft room which for space was good however the staircase was very steep with narrow stairs. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of pool and hallway noise. Our room was clean and King bed comfortable. Did not like putting our garbage and towels outside the door in the morning. Convenient for restaurants. Property grounds felt tropical which was fun.”

“Oltre le aspettative. Camere rinnovate, pulite e ben tenute, letti comodi. A 15 minuti in auto dal centro di Savannah. Colazione buona, solo la sala un po' troppo affollata di tavoli e sedie da farla sembrare piccola. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerei.”

“Our stay was just fine for what we needed. Plenty of room which I loved. Especially 2 bathrooms so the kids had their own. Not much water pressure and the water would turn cold sometimes during shower. On the morning we were leaving we did see a roach on the couch. The floors are warped and unlevel. Unappealing on the outside but the inside looks much different. Cute little retro decor. Parking is slim.”

“The rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing, and it was nice to have a full breakfast bar Will definitely stay here again!!”

“I was disappointed with the customer service was received at this hotel. The receptionist Stacy, was rude and unprofessional when we checked in. She told me she couldn’t find my reservation, and I had to show her my booking itinerary to prove that I had a reservation. The situation could have been handled more politely and professionally, As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when there is an issue with a reservation. We lost our keys too and we asked her if...

“**Absolutely Horrible Experience – Apparently Paying Customers Come Second!** Where do I even begin? What a fantastic example of how NOT to run a hotel! The internet in our room didn't work, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in doing anything about it. Apparently, customer service is optional here. After receiving absolutely no help, I went back to the front desk about an hour later, only to discover that the employee's internet was working perfectly fine. So, the hotel's internet...

“I liked the access to the parking garage from the floor my room was on”
