“We saw roaches outside the building running around the first night. The second night they were in our room. We left in the middle of the night. Management did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this.”

“The room needs some updating as it is old and dated. Additionally, it was hard to fall asleep because we could hear people talking in the hall and doors opening and closing. Most annoying was hearing the ceiling creak every time someone upstairs moved about. It sounds like it isn’t supported properly or something. It kept waking us up. The breakfast was very very basic. We skipped it the second day altogether.”

“The room was clean, and the rate was cheap. Not too terribly far from downtown Savannah. Be aware that this hotel is in a very industrial part of town and on a busy road with lots of truck traffic. I was frustrated that we were able to book for 2 adults and a child, but then they had no rollaway beds available, yet they let us book only a king bed. The desk clerk was understanding and switched us into a room with two double beds. At night, the crowd hanging around outside was definitely...

“It’s the courteousness of the staff that is the most outstanding of the quality. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Overall this is a first rate hotel”

“We only had the cleaning staff come in once while there. The beds weren’t made nor the bathroom cleaned. Only new towels and trash taken care of. First night a fire alarm was going off after midnight. The person speaking was extremely muffled when explaining the situation so we weren’t sure if we should evacuate or not. Had breakfast our last morning and there was hair on my plate. Had to send it back. Food in the restaurant wasn’t very good. Overall our stay was fine.”
