“The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.”

“We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. “The overall property was clean. The main issue was the location. I did not feel safe and read many comments on how cars were being broke into at night. This was very concerning and caused me to sleep lightly, checking on my car every couple of hours. The staff was very pleasant and nice. There was no place to get bottled water and the only drink in the market place was a few busted cans of sprite.”
