“Property was clean. Not perfect but clean enough for a one night stay. Check in process was okay. Other than the front desk person trying to tell me my credit card was denied when he swiped for incidentals and me having to prove to him that it was approved by showing him my banking app that said transaction was approved. The room did have an odor that was trying to be covered up by a container of odor eliminator. The bathtub drain was completely clogged and front desk said they would look at...

“Power went out”

“Very poor service regarding the what we have paid. Breakfast was horrible and old. Pool is dirty and gym was disorderly and not clean. The room won’t be clean until you ask. Ironing my clothes was horrible as the iron was so dirty where I need to ask another one as it made my clothes dirty. In few words, one of the bad experiences I have had.”
