“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, and overall, my experience was not very satisfactory. First, the hotel does not provide cleaning service proactively. During my entire stay, I barely received any housekeeping service（ I know they say will do it every 7 days , but still quite different from other ) The front desk staff were generally okay in terms of attitude. However, the noise level in the hotel was very poor. I could hear frequent dog barking from the hallway, which made it difficult to...

“Staff was very friendly and room met my expectations. All staff made sure to always greet and engage with me during my stay. The elevator was out of order during my stay, which wasn’t an issue for me but was for some in our group. Gym was a little bit of a letdown. Only had an elliptical, peloton and two treadmills (one wasn’t working) in a small room next to the pool. ”
