Hotel vicino a Pinballz Arcade - Austin

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Breakfast was wonderful as well as the staff! The room to its entirety was very very clean which was super important to my wife and I. Great place to stay and it was quiet and very friendly and the area itself was an amazing environment.”

“No elevator at all. If staying on 2 floor, tough to manage if staying on 3rd+ floor, impossible to use. for someone elderly, it is impossible to go up/down. the elevator was out for 30 days when I checked in, and should have told us prior to booking.”

“The building itself is older, but the staff try their best to make it as nice as possible and you can tell. The beds were fairly clean, the room itself was fairly nice. We just needed a place to spend one night and it was perfect and affordable 👌”

“I wouldn't stay here again. The staff never said a word when entering and I was there for 2 weeks. Coffee was out sometimes IF you brought your own cup. Breakfast consisted of a handing you an oatmeal packet or a Cinnabon in a wrapper.”
