“Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfy giant bed! Signage in the car park is a bit confusing as it says to pay via the app, no mention of the guest registration system in the foyer. ”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. Our room was quiet, had a very nice decor and modern appliances. The check-out was at 12 pm, and we really enjoyed that we could sleep a bit longer than the average 11 am check...

“A little out of the way from the city centre, but that can be resolved via a short cab ride. Excellent customer service and amazing rooms make up for it and there is plenty of parking. Definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the Voco Reading by IHG. ”

“Very friendly staff, hassle-free internet connection with decent speed. Good breakfast, the cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good. Room is spacious enough, but the bathroom is cramped. The door is rather large and you need to maneuver around the WC. My room was on the ground floor facing the parking so not much privacy. Enjoyable walk to Manor Park. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. If you are driving, getting to the hotel involves a hellish one-way system and the entrance is not well sign-posted for the car park. You will be seeing a lot of Reading, several...

“5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Reception was polite and friendly - showed us to our room straight away. Room was clean although dated which we were expecting given the price. Only a couple of issues with the room: Mattress was springy and likely worn as we kept rolling towards the middle. The extractor fan didn't switch off after we switched off the bathroom light. ”
