“Overall enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and supportive. Parking easy. Room overall comfortable - radiator and heater helped warm the room. Shower needs removal of mould and descaling of shower head. Preordering breakfast worked fine and the omelette was very enjoyable. Dinner was good. Sharing starter good as was the beef stew and Bull burger. Crumble nice. Enjoyable drinks in the bar.”

Property was immaculately cleaned, maintained and beautifully picturesque village. Food was awesome too. Huge thank you for an awesome experience. “Visiting family in Reading so location was perfect. Plenty of parking and free of charge. Room was basic, clean apart from dust on bed frame and dressing table. Lovely clean white bed sheets and big white fluffy bath towels. Plug hole on sink and bath needed a good scrub. Reported to reception that the shower water was not flowing away very well and also when boiling the kettle steam was escaping onto the handle. Husband had breakfast, plenty of choice and good quality. We paid £55 in total...

“Lift been out of action all the time we have visited over the last year, 2 tea bags could have done with at least 4 24 hour reception but had to wait 20 mins for anyone to appear to give us our room key”
