“Great, central location in Winchester with restaurants all around within 1-2 minutes walk. Great coffee machine, comfortable bedding and friendly and helpful staff. I also loved the addition of Monacle by reception! Great taste!”

“Beautiful property, gorgeous rooms but it’s the extra touches like free wellies to use when it’s muddy, free popcorn, drinks and snacks in the corridors, wine hour, free homemade biscuits etc that make it even more special. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved the serene spa space we had almost to ourselves. Staff also couldn’t be more helpful. Will be back in summer to try the outdoor pool ”

“Room needed some attention, dripping shower, slow emptying sink, broken blind and needed more light. Beds extremely comfortable and in a fab location for the city centre. Room was clean. ”

“A nice hotel in a rural area. You probably need a car to visit places around. The service was very good and the staff were really helpful. There were few alternatives for breakfast, but the traditional English breakfast was good. The room was quite clean but some dust. ”
