Distilleria Bombay Sapphire Distillery: Tour e Visite Guidate

4 star Hotel close to the Hospital in Basingstoke. Pool and Gym Service (if u pick up wrong time pool is full of old English ladies). Rooms are ok, nothing special, needs to be renovated. Bar is pricey for the location and hotel general condition. Recommend for quick customer visit at the hospital.

An awesome hotel, located in a lovely park. I booked it at an unbelievably cheap rate (definitely a system error), but would gladly come back at a more "normal" rate, too - if I happen to work in this area again.

Bedrooms dated, toilet seat coming off in one of our 2 rooms. Beds seemed very small even for singles. Breakfast a joke went at 8.00 waited til 8.50 for our meal still hadn't arrived had to leave as others did as needed to be somewhere only 1 couple got served in that time and part of their meal was missing. Girl behind bar was as helpful as she could be but ended up having an argument with chef in the dining room aboutmeals. The restaurant was also closed on our arrival the previous evening so we had to go elsewhere which we had had no prior notice of. Would not recommend anyone to use this place.
