“Jeff was star at reception desk! All down hill from there. No bar or restaurant, closed for spring break. Housekeeping never cleaned room, they just moved us to new room. Doubled charged us for parking.”

But, I can honestly that I was contacted by the manager which was quite a surprise and she definitely sounded genuine in her concern of my issues. I would definitely recommend this property simply because of that alone. No one is perfect in life also. ”

“Loved it. Clean, good room designs, cotton bedding linens, Super FANTASTIC Staff.The faucets in the kitchen and bathroom will take the Pur and Sprite filter devices. The shower can take the Sprite shower hand wand filter handle. I'm allergic to chlorine and fluoride so this adaptability is very important to me. Thank you! ”

“When we first went into the lobby I could barely hear the person checking us in because one of the machines in the lobby was so loud. When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning. When we verified that there was nothing or no one in our room we realized that the room smelled like a damp locker room. Breakfast options included a waffle, cereal, or snack cakes. That’s it. The hallways are HOT - no towels for the pool and an inadequate number of towels for guests in room with less than adequate customer service from the front desk. Room was comfortable and the AC worked in the second room. ”
