“Place is disgusting .. smells before you open the door.. you can tell people live here and pay weekly, they make it clear they have priority because they live there .. air conditioning doesn’t work.. blows cool air but the curtains are so long the air gets trapped in the window and does not cool the room off.. took one look around, kids and I left.. was told I couldn’t get a refund, yall can keep it.. id rather sleep in my car, than in any room in this establishment: ”

“Staff at check in was amazing. We arrived to Dobson much earlier than anticipated and the lovely girl at the concierge checked us in early which was fabulous as we have been driving for days. “Rooms are in great shape appearing to be fairly recently refurbished. Cleanliness was fantastic. Vinyl plank floors are a great addition that can't hide dirt like carpet. No frills clean place to stop. Perfect.”

“Great place for an overnight stay. Very reasonably priced and we loved that there was no charge for our dog. We have stayed here before as it is “ halfway” on the trip we make often to visit our previous “home.” We will stay here again. Only negative (and it was minor) is that the pet walking area needed mowed.”

“This was my fifth time staying at this hotel. The safe is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and it is conveniently located off the highway. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the breakfast. One of the best self serve breakfasts you can have at a hotel. Lots of good options and lots of seating. Of note, close by is the Mason Jar restaurant. Excellent local place to go to for dinner. ”
