“Extremely disappointing stay at this Holiday Inn. From the moment we tried to get into our room, things went wrong — the key card would not work, and we had to go back to the front desk to get it reissued. Once inside, the room’s air conditioning was barely functioning, leaving the space hot and humid the entire stay, which made it hard to sleep or relax. On top of that, we noticed bugs in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. We had a pull-out bed but were given no...

“It was pretty easy to get there and go back no problem at all and feel totally safe”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

“We stayed here in July for my daughter’s new student orientation at OU. The location was great, the hotel was beautiful, and our room was very spacious and clean. The weather was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning maintained cool temps in our room at all times. We will stay here again in the future when visiting OU.”
