“Clean room and nice staff. Didn't use any other facility. ”

“Great location for stage AE and PNC park. Front deskteam was friendly. Had little to no hot water to shower with was booty cheeks. All in all will stay again..when in town.”

“Open floor plan and NO carpets makes for loud neighbors above, next to and below the room (for us, until 3 a.m. Sat/Sun). Also, you walk out the front into a bus stop and smoking regularly. Tight garage. Otherwise good rate and deal, and nice gym attached. ”

The person I spoke with on the phone promised a voucher for lunch or dinner at their Soho restaurant, but I received neither when I asked. I was told that the individual I spoke with was neither the manager nor a supervisor, which I believe was a lie. Additionally, there was no water in the room. The breakfast options are very limited and served late. On Saturday, I was told staff shortages caused breakfast not to be...

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
