“L'accoglienza è stata piuttosto originale .a nel complesso possiamo ritenerci abbastanza soddisfatti del soggiorno. Sembra di essere in un motel dei film americani con moquette sulla parete ma diciamo che stanza era sufficientemente pulita. Per dormire una notte può andare bene.”

“Beautiful room, including a soaker tub... unfortunately, the water was lukewarm! Also, given what I had read about the Chef and the restaurant staff, I found the food (dinner and breakfast) quite mediocre. But the grounds and buildings were lovely, and I would probably return.”

“Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was handled efficiently. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Price was reasonable. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Had a great stay at Claramount club! The hotel was really central to all Prince Edward County has to offer. The room was well decorated. The amenities were awesome - I loved that the gym had so many different equipment. The live music at the restaurant, the Foundry was also really enjoyable. ”

“Great breakfast. No chairs on the balcony ( due to previous weather) however We requested 2 chairs and a very nice lady brought them upstairs for us she cleaned them as they were in storage. We were very appreciative. Also the TV was a little difficult to adjust and a member of the staff showed us how to adjust it. Very kindly. Bed very comfortable. Room very clean. View excellent from The Rosebud suite. Friendly staff.”

“We have stayed at Masterson's in the past & it was better. We stayed on the Easter weekend for a family birthday. The room was clean but it looked like there was mold around the tub. There was no coffee maker in the room & when I checked the breakfast room in the office there was no lights on & no coffee made. I looked to see if there were supplies for the coffee maker but couldn't find any. I ended up having to drive to Timmies for coffee. Very basic room, ok for a stopover for the...

“We found a bed bug in our bed at 9:30pm. It was disgusting. We had booked the room for 2 nights. We left that night. We did get a refund, however, it was a pain having to leave so late, and then to clean/wash all our stuff properly once we left. Never ever will we be returning. ”
