“Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, & the staff was friendly & prompt with cleaning during breakfast so there was always clean tables. They were full when I stayed but the staff didn’t miss a beat on anything.”

Everything that I forgot and needed was given to my when I asked without complaint. I loved the room, I loved the color scheme of the hotel as well as the staff. The only thing is there could have been a better breakfast selection... but I will always get a room here when I come. Candy I will see you in June when I come back!!! ”

“Nice comfortable room and property. Handle a large group of 12 year old basketball girls and their parents. I’m a single old lady and kids under control Friday night and Saturday morning. Lots of fun and not much of a mess in breakfast area. ”

“Our stays with the Kahler Grand were tied to medical procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The staff understands Mayo is the reason the majority of guests are in Rochester. Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful. My husband and I want to acknowledge Salma who helped us extend our stay after our flight was cancelled last minute. She was both empathetic and professional. The hotel is above an easily accessed underground tunnel system of shops, restaurants, and connections to Mayo and other hospital...

“ Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”
