“Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. En familia es una maravilla y entre miradas intercambiadas con tu pareja es excepcional. El personal de apoyo muy sólidos tras "bambalinas" y el WhatsApp. Un invitado de gala entre la realeza maya. Muchas Gracias. ”

“The property is beautiful. Loved our beach front rooms just steps away from world class reef snorkeling. The staff was amazing. Every interaction was kind and friendly and eager to please . Yazmin at breakfast learned we like whipped cream with our coffee and she greeted us with fresh whipped cream every time we sat down. Miguel at the Italian restaurant was a 10/10 server and made my kids feel special. The dive center crew were all great. ”

“Get the deluxe room for best water views. Despite the busy road out front, both balcony doors provided a great view of the water and all the boat traffic. Property was clean and stay went as planned. Just far enough from cruise ports to not feel overwhelmed w cruisers. Would stay again. ”

“Grande delusione ho sbagliato prenotazione di un giorno in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo, ho chiesto a Hotel.com di cui sono cliente da oltre 30 anni, di tenermi buona la notte non goduta per fare le 5 notti pagate € 1056,00 e ne Hotel, ne il manager di Allegro Cozumel mi sono venuti incontro! Per cui ho dovuto prenotarmi un altro hotel e ripagare una notte ma ma sono stata fortunata al Coralia Cozumel, struttura nuova bellissima dove tutto è funzionante mentre ad Allegro Cozumel la doccia...

“Very nice find! Nice staff, great rooms, clean and well organized with view on the central area. Not sure if the inner courtyard was under renos but there was a number of construction tools and material that could have been cleaned up. Would go again!”

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It has a homey vibe. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, even the pillows, which is unusual! Housekeeping comes in each day and leaves clean towels and remakes our bed, even though we tried. Well organized with bills and check in and out.”

“Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”
