“This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport.
You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry.
Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind!

The one thing that we felt strange about, was that everything was taken care of online with very little contact with hotel staff. Ricky was beyond helpful with assisting us navigating the property. "I was at The Reef Coco beach with the all inclusive formula.
I found the resort very good.
The room had all necessary and the cleaning were daily.
I had no problems with air conditioning or security box, all was working.
The buffet restaurant was good, the dishes well done and there were different options.
No problems with drinks, with all inclusive I got all drinks, including cerveza, wine and cocktails.
The different bars were ok and cocktails good.
I got the beach towels from the hotel and the free sunbeds in the beach or swimming pool.
To buy something there is a 7-eleven supermarket and pharmacy at 100 m far from the hotel.
As well the quinta avenida is quite close and I went many times.
The see in front of the beach has a net to stop the sargassum alga. The area within the net is not so big but it's ok.
In front of the beach there are some anchored boats, but I was not distubed to much by them.
I recommend this resort"

Tutto è stato spettacolare: dalle camere sempre in ordine e pulite, ai servizi, ai diversi ristoranti, sia il principale a buffet con proposte sempre nuove tutti i giorni sia i ristoranti “a tema” come il sushi piuttosto che il ristorante brasiliano. I dipendenti sono stati sempre gentili ed efficienti aiutandoci con la prenotazione dei ristoranti e con il cambio dei contanti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare tra una decina di anni e vedere quali saranno i cambiamenti per renderlo sempre migliore!"

La struttura nonostante sia enorme è organizzata benissimo ed è tutto molto vicino, ci sono tantissime piscine enormi, campi da basket, beach volley e tantissime altre attività. La spiaggia è grande e non è mai affollata. Abbiamo passato 10 giorni bellissimi!"
