“The staff was amazing. At the front desk everyone was very helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean but a little beat up. But overall I was very happy with our stay. The pool area was clean and the breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast.”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”

“It was the night after a big snow storm and I found myself stuck in the city. A quick check on hotels showed the Mt Vernon Inn. I got there at about 11:30pm. Check in was easy. The room was rather “colorful”. Like bright tropical or Mediterranean colors ….different but kinda cool. It was also clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s clearly an old building but appears to be kept in good condition. The only negative would be the heater. It was a big window unit AC/Heat combo unit....

“Yes the room was spotless, stay always pleasant and courteous. Room I was in Room 111 is a good room badly in bed for an upgrade or remodel, bathroom doors warped at the bottom and on the side, cracked pieces of bathroom tiles, musty smell, maybe some fresh paint, and new carpet and new doors it will be good, with renovations comes higher room rates”
