Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. I asked on arrival and they have not served breakfast in 3 years. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The shower had someone else's soap in it and the body wash was never renewed after use. “Quiet hotel, helpful staff, particularly the young staff, eager to make your stay a nice stay, I did notice an older staff member answering a young staff member with a direct answer and not with the courtesy I’m sure she would have wanted from him in the breakfast area, but the young man just walked to the greeting area and carried on, well done to him but shame on her, it stayed with me for a while, this was this morning Sunday 17th May.”
