The space
This is 4 bed terraced Victorian house opposite the park. You got lovely park view in a few room facing the park. Lovely victorian feature in the house. There are 1 king size, 1 double, 2 single bedroom, sofa bed (sleep 2)with 2 toilet. It's can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Large lounge with plenty of sofa, Large Samsung flat screen TV with streaming TV box from virgin media( high speed) . Suitable if you need to use high speed Internet to do your work or video call.
The dining room have marble dining table and chairs from Furniture Village which give you a luxury feel.

Large kitchen have washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea station, table top freezer, built in fridge and L'OR espresso machine which take aluminium capsule.

This is a lovely location close to town, Theatre, Plymouth University, Barbican, Plymouth Hoe, and Royal William Yard, Football Stadium, all within a few minute drive.

Other things to note
Free parking on side, one side have limit between 10am to 11am which require residents permit. Anotherside of the road is free parking. In general you will find plenty parking space at night. It's residents area, so we ask you to keep your noise down after 10pm.
The big bin is outside the court yard in the alley way.
