“First & Foremost I Would Like To Say, Due To It Being Essence Festival Weekend. The Room Was Very Overpriced For The Area And The Elevator Didn’t Work. But It Was Quiet, Clean,& Near Food Places. If I Were To Stay Here Again It Wouldn’t Be During A Big Event Weekend. Because It’s Ridiculous How They Raise The Rates And The Hotel Is 30 Minutes Away From Bourbon&Canal Strip.”

“Our room was in the basement which we did not realize until we arrived. The room itself felt a bit dingy with a hodgepodge of furnishings. The air-conditioning was loud and rattling so much so that we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Fortunately, the heat wasn’t too bad so we were able to deal with it. But in peak summer season, it would’ve been unbearable. There was no one identifiable as a staff person so can’t really comment on the helpfulness of the staff since we never saw anyone. The...

“The lobby and the rooms were so unique. We were close to Bourbon Street enough so that we walked to the French quarter. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot but be advised that there's a $20 parking fee per day which is very reasonable.”
